Mission

A primary objective of Project Stillpoint is to build a series of permanent site-specific installations, created by David Teeple, each precisely sited to engage with the landscape. Designed as instruments of perception and contemplation, the installations will offer a progression of distinct yet interconnected experiential stations that unfold over time and space.

The Initiative

Alongside the installations, this initiative will foster interdisciplinary exchange through focused conversations, performances, residencies, grants, and collaborations, creating a place where the arts and innovation can thrive. Serving as a platform for cultural and intellectual engagement, those working at the edges of imagination and inquiry, such as artists, scientists, scholars, and others from diverse fields, will collaborate through various programs and events. These activities will be rooted in the same clarity and attention that shape the installations, with happenings and programs growing from the dynamic presence of the artworks and environment.
